Discover the tempting world of blondies - the light-colored sisters of brownies, whose juicy texture and sweet vanilla flavor make every sweet tooth beat faster.

Ingredients

What you need:
200 g butter
175 g light-colored raw cane sugar
4 eggs size L
50 g hazelnut butter
Brush of ½ lemon
Prise of salt
200 g flour 405
300 g white chocolate
200g roasted hazelnuts
1tbsp hazelnut butter

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat. Line the baking tray with baking paper. Place the cake tin on top.
  2. Place the butter and 200 g of white chocolate together in small pieces in a pan on the stove and melt slowly. When both are completely melted, leave to cool slightly.
  3. Beat the eggs with the brown sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the butter and chocolate mixture and stir everything together.
  4. Add the flour, a pinch of salt and the lemon zest and stir in briefly.
  5. Finally, fold in 150 g coarsely chopped hazelnuts and 50 g chopped white chocolate. Pour the batter into the tin.
  6. Spread 1 tbsp hazelnut butter over the top and fold in with a fork. Spread the remaining nuts and the rest of the coarsely chopped white chocolate over the top and bake for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown, depending on the tin and oven.
  7. Then remove from the tin and leave to cool on a cooling rack. Be sure to wrap airtight so that the blondies stay nice and moist!
