Ingredients
What you need:
200 g butter
175 g light-colored raw cane sugar
4 eggs size L
50 g hazelnut butter
Brush of ½ lemon
Prise of salt
200 g flour 405
300 g white chocolate
200g roasted hazelnuts
1tbsp hazelnut butter
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat. Line the baking tray with baking paper. Place the cake tin on top.
- Place the butter and 200 g of white chocolate together in small pieces in a pan on the stove and melt slowly. When both are completely melted, leave to cool slightly.
- Beat the eggs with the brown sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the butter and chocolate mixture and stir everything together.
- Add the flour, a pinch of salt and the lemon zest and stir in briefly.
- Finally, fold in 150 g coarsely chopped hazelnuts and 50 g chopped white chocolate. Pour the batter into the tin.
- Spread 1 tbsp hazelnut butter over the top and fold in with a fork. Spread the remaining nuts and the rest of the coarsely chopped white chocolate over the top and bake for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown, depending on the tin and oven.
- Then remove from the tin and leave to cool on a cooling rack. Be sure to wrap airtight so that the blondies stay nice and moist!
