Homemade muesli is not only delicious, but also a great change for your breakfast. With a mixture of crunchy nuts, seeds and fruity blueberry coconut chips, this recipe makes for a perfect start to the day. Easy to make and ideal for preparing throughout the week.

Ingredients

250 g rolled oats
50 g Farmer's Snack Nut Mix
50 g Farmer's Snack Pumpkin Seeds
50 g Farmer's Snack Sunflower Seeds
50 g Farmer's Snack Super Mix
1 pinch of salt
100 ml coconut oil (liquid)
80 ml maple syrup
80 g nut butter of your choice
50 g Farmer's Snack Blueberry Coconut Chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C (top/bottom heat).
  2. Mix the rolled oats, nut mix, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, super mix and a pinch of salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the coconut oil, maple syrup and nut mix in a separate bowl until smooth.
  4. Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well so that everything is evenly moistened.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread out evenly.
  6. Bake the muesli for approx. 45 minutes, turning occasionally so that it browns evenly.
  7. Once baked, leave the muesli to cool completely before mixing in the Farmer's Snack Blueberry Coconut Chips.
  8. Store in an airtight container and enjoy as desired with yogurt, milk or as a topping for smoothie bowls.
