Crunchy DIY muesli with Super Mix and blueberry coconut chips

Homemade muesli is not only delicious, but also a great change for your breakfast. With a mixture of crunchy nuts, seeds and fruity blueberry coconut chips, this recipe makes for a perfect start to the day. Easy to make and ideal for preparing throughout the week.
Ingredients
250 g rolled oats
50 g Farmer's Snack Nut Mix
50 g Farmer's Snack Pumpkin Seeds
50 g Farmer's Snack Sunflower Seeds
50 g Farmer's Snack Super Mix
1 pinch of salt
100 ml coconut oil (liquid)
80 ml maple syrup
80 g nut butter of your choice
50 g Farmer's Snack Blueberry Coconut Chips
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 160 °C (top/bottom heat).
- Mix the rolled oats, nut mix, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, super mix and a pinch of salt in a large bowl.
- Mix the coconut oil, maple syrup and nut mix in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well so that everything is evenly moistened.
- Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread out evenly.
- Bake the muesli for approx. 45 minutes, turning occasionally so that it browns evenly.
- Once baked, leave the muesli to cool completely before mixing in the Farmer's Snack Blueberry Coconut Chips.
- Store in an airtight container and enjoy as desired with yogurt, milk or as a topping for smoothie bowls.
