Make your own granola? Starting the day with a fruity crunchy muesli is really easy! With our crunchy cashews and aromatic dried fruit, you can quickly bake a fruity granola muesli to suit your taste.
Ingredients
| Farmer's Snack Organic Mango | 50 g |
| Farmer's Snack Cashews | 50 g |
| Farmer's Snack Cranberries | 50 g |
| ripe bananas | 2 |
| grainy rolled oats | 8 tbsp |
| sunflower oil | 2 tbsp |
| maple syrup | 2 tbsp |
| lemon juice | 1 tbsp |
| ground vanilla | ½ tsp |
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees (fan oven 150 degrees).
- Peel the bananas and cut into pieces, finely chop the mango strips and roughly chop the cashew nuts.
- Blend the bananas with the sunflower oil, maple syrup, vanilla and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
- Fold in the mango, cashew nuts, rolled oats and Farmer's Snack Cranberries.
- Place baking paper on baking trays, spread the mixture in a thin layer directly on top and roast on the middle shelf for 20-25 minutes. Turn at least twice so that the mixture remains golden and crumbly. Then leave to cool so that the muesli is firm and crunchy.
- Then pour the delicious mango cranberry muesli into a storage jar and seal airtight. Use up within a week.
